Further Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers
Site blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to develop the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and contains a legend identifying different parts of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.
Additional materials made public as part of the ongoing investigative process.
